The Aging- Aging-in-Place Skeptic
Have you noticed that any number of “boomers” and older adults approach life-phase planning with skepticism if not total avoidance? As one of the 55+ group, I have to admit, I can understand this. So I am not surprised that buyers and sellers alike run hot and cold with concerns.
When it comes to getting to the bottom line, quality of life in a home that works- regardless of age or physical ability - deciding to move or stay, thinking about home improvements and upgrades for the "forever home"-

But I digress- back to lifephase planning and all that presents itself for consideration: ___ quality ___ condition ___ pricing ___ integrity___ motives of the REALTOR®
No wonder the process could become more complicated than it needs to be.
Over the years, we have come to see the wisdom of very strong lines of communication. Based on the Partnership Model in business and in personal relationships we can extend our resources and our reach and create a foundation for success.
