Asheville Real Estate Journal- Seller Choices Expand - with Web-Savvy Seller Solutions
Over the past number of years the most effective way Sellers can reach potential buyers has evolved.

"SEO"= SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION
"SEO"- - Wikipedia- “… the process of improving…visibility via the "natural" ..."organic" ...search results. is effective! In general, it wisks Sellers to higher ranked positions as Buyers find their search results. And the more frequently an entry appears in the search results list, the more visitors it will receive from the search engine's users..and the mor opportunities found to connect with a potential Buyer. No wonder Sellers seem to agree that SEO is an excellent choice.
Sellers are wise to select the SEO real estate ePro® with an active and authentic online presence when they are motivated to get their property under contract.

and thus (especially when competition is fierce) provide an improved chance
