Hi Sharon...The owner does therapeutic riding classes for handicapped here. There is a gentle, welcoming feeling and, from the equestrian point of view, it is nothing but Top Notch! Your horse lovers wouls be thrilled. I guess you could tell from the description that I am in love with this place!

Oh Dena! It is truly a one-of-a kind..I sometimes think it would be the perfect SPA and horseback weekend retreat...where people could come for therapeutic riding instruction and massage :-)

Bill. It is a great looking property and also a one-of-a-kind masterpiece! This property is NOT the typical horse farm, however. It is currently used for therapeutic riding instruction.

John. This property has about 4 acres...you would have to trailer your horses should you want to do trail riding.
