JT took this photo while we were out previewing conservation acreage for one of our land legacy clients earlier this week.
As you can see, it was a frosty day-the evergreens, dusted with snow, forming a living lacy border for the mountainscape, our wee, but mighty dog seeming even smaller on the trail. . .
When I saw the photo JT took, immediately I was captured by the visual metaphor. That tiny dog-Friend. Those enormous trees. And the vast mountain range.
Does strength reside only in size? No, such boldness must be prompted from someplace deep within. . ..
And I wondered how many of you have ever felt like a tiny creature "out there" in the wilderness all on your owney own...
